Ritter Invite VIDEO INTERVIEW: Erin Beatty, Phoebe Covey

Downers North sophomore Erin Beatty won discus (109 feet-1 inch) and senior Phoebe Covey was sixth (94-2) at the Bruce Ritter Invite Friday, April 12. Beatty's winning throw was her first competitive mark beyond 100 feet and a personal best by roughly 12 feet.
